Dethrone Basecamp is a new 35 Minute (45 with optional 10 minute abs / core after) Hybrid style workout that blends high intensity interval training between Circuit Training/TRX/Boxing and more & intervals on an Air Assault bike. We are open to all fitness levels and have a helpful and encouraging staff. If you're looking for a fast paced, full body, "get me in and out so I can get back to real life" workout, you'll love Dethrone Basecamp! We will also have yoga and pilates classes available for those days when you are looking for something different. Deathrone Basecamp is scheduled to open 12/30/14.
