We’ve had several people contact us recently about out-of-town roofing companies, or “Storm-Chasers”, locking them into contracts they do not want.
If a roofing company wants you to sign anything before measuring your roof, please don’t do it! They may be locking you into using their company before they’ve given you an estimate.
They may say they are “representing” you to an adjuster. Adjusters are independent entities and reputable roofing companies DO NOT and SHOULD NOT have any sway with them.
Estimates and inspections are always FREE at Heritage Roofing and we will always be honest with you about the condition of your roof. We will also still be around if and when you need your new roof repaired in the future.
This is a prime example of why you don’t let the little leak persist, and yes that is an ant infestation!
