We are Hiring - Construction Superintendent
As a Lead Superintendent for Diamond Construction, Inc the successful candidate will represent the company in a team oriented, positive professional manner as the point of contact for clients, project managers, architect, engineers and subcontractors. This person will have successful general construction experience in concrete, steel framing, wood framing, finishes, etc. This person will have experience building for all facets of industry – state, federal, city, private, etc. Successful candidate will have experience in alternative delivery style projects, including project interviews. Successful candidate will be able to show supervisory experience with profitable jobs ranging from $5M to $15M.

Ability and skillset to place and finish concrete. Mix and produce concrete, grout, or slurry using appropriate equipment and materials. Spread, level, and smooth concrete as specified. Finish concrete to desired elevation, grade and specified finish. Finish to be consistent and free of error and omissions and executed with proper equipment and technique. Ability to repair concrete including cutting out damaged areas, drilling for reinforcement placement, building wooden molds and use of clamp molds, and use of expansion joints between surfaces. Read work order or receive oral or written instructions from supervisor or customer. Comply with safe job-site conditions. Wage DOE. Diamond Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
