Meet Diana Bettles. Diana graduated from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark, in 2013. Diana is a local resident from Klamath County and was raised in Chiloquin, Oregon. With a background in family and child advocacy, Diana is excited to be practicing Law in her home county.

During law school, Diana worked on juvenile dependency matters. In this role, she advocated for the rights of the youth and families, participated in many child and family team planning meetings, and assisted with the Multnomah County Parenting Time Committee in creative ways of increasing parenting time with children in the Juvenile Court system.

As a practicing attorney Diana works primarily in criminal defense, juvenile dependency, family law matters and estate management.

Prior to Law School, Diana worked for the Klamath Tribes as the Court Administrator for the Tribal Courts. Being part of a Native Community and Family, Diana took part in many of the cultural customs and traditions while growing up. While working as the Court Administrator, Diana advocated for upholding tribal member rights and worked with the Chief Justice and the Tribes' Judicial Commission to develop Tribal Codes and build programs in order to provide a broader range of services to the Tribal Community. While attending law school Diana enjoyed several Indian Law courses and participated in the National Native American Law Student Association (NNALSA) Moot Court competition.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Oregon University.

Diana is the proud mother of three daughters and one son. A true local, Diana enjoys being outdoors and all of the local recreational activities that Southern Oregon offers.
