Dickey’s Barbecue Pit offers seven slow-smoked meats and eight savory sides, including our signature slow-smoked briskets, St. Louis-style ribs and smoked sausage. We are serving lunch and dinner in Longmont daily, but if you prefer not to dine in, grab some grub to go and do take out. Sometimes it’s nice to have some help for large family reunions, tail gate parties or business luncheons. Check out our catering options. You can choose to have box lunches, party platters, full catering options or even get your Holiday meal and/or meats right here at Dickey’s. We have whole meat prime rib, Cajun fried turkey, smoked turkey and spiral cut ham.
