Dick’s Bar & Grill is a family friendly local bar and restaurant located in Osseo, Minnesota. We are seeking a Part-Time Week Day Night & Weekend Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.
Monday-Sunday, 10-30 hours/week depending on availability and desire, hourly wage starting at $15.00. Our menu is made up of burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare all served food
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
• Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items,
abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
• Follow standard recipes, portion control and presentation
set by the restaurant
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and
appliances
• Responsible for other tasks such as cleaning, dishes, and
restocking
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other
related fields
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams

We are seeking a Part-Time Week Day Night & Weekend Server who is capable of delivering quality customer service. You will be responsible for serving drink and food to our customers. Hourly wage starting at $10.00/hr plus tips.
Responsibilities:
• Full bar service including wine, beer, and cocktails
• Check customer’s identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
• Take food and drink orders in a quick and efficient manner
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very bus environment
• Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends
• Responsible for other tasks such as monitoring cash drawers, cleaning, restocking, working well with fellow employees
Qualifications:
• Previous work as a server or service industry
• Knowledge of alcohol / drinks
• Ability to work with our computer system for ordering drinks and food
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Starting this Monday, June 1st our patio will be open for sit-down service, Monday-Sunday 10am-11pm.
Our workers and patron’s safety is very important to us so our operation has been adjusted to ensure COVID-19 requirements are met.
If you join us on the patio, we just ask you maintain 6 ft. apart from people not in your party and our workers. If you or someone in your household is feeling unwell, please stay home.
