Born and raised in Boca Raton, FL, Karina earned a bachelor's degree in telecommunication and film before continuing to a master's residency in creative writing. Her experience in broadcast, news, publishing, and local entertainment has driven her to the challenge of telling exciting stories to new kinds of people every day. When she is not scribbling in her notebook, you can find her scuba diving in the Atlantic or curled up under a blanket, reading a good book.
