The new solution lies in healing your own history: your resentments, losses, disappointments, and traumas. Healing these things will make you whole, as a person or as a couple.
In addition to my MFT training, I have over 20 years of experience as a professional Recruiter for a Fortune 500 company. I have extensive experience working in corporate environments. This gives me tremendous insight into job-seeking issues and workplace problems that can cause frustration, anxiety, and depression.
I use two trauma-based approaches: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing http://www.emdria.org); and Parts Psychology. This approach emphasizes that the mind is naturally divided.
