SALT DOUGH ORNAMENTS ARE TOXIC TO DOGS
.
Not all dog-owners realize that. Often, families will make these ornaments as an activity together, or they will come home from school with the kids. Some people make paw prints in salt dough as keepsakes.
.
Only 3 ingredients make these ornaments: salt, flour, and water. Even after being dried and placed as decoration on a tree, the salt dough ornaments are still toxic to dogs. Your dog may end up eating these decorations because they tempt the dog like a cookie does, and, well, dogs will eat many things they should not consume.

We recommend keeping salt-dough ornaments out of houses that have pets. The same holds true for crafting dough which has high salt content too. If you can't keep them out of the house, make sure to keep the ornaments and dough safely away from your pets at all times. But really, why take any chances?

Excess salt intake in dogs results in vomiting within several hours of ingestion. There is great thirst and urination. The clinical signs can progress to weakness, diarrhea, muscle tremors, seizures, coma. Depending on the size of the dog and the amount ingested, salt poisoning can result in brain damage, organ failure, even death, or the heartbreaking decision to put your dog to sleep.

She was stolen from her yard on Christmas morning!

She went missing near 74th and federal.
Kiko is our groomer Destinys dog. She is always sitting on the counter in her bed, she is unmistakable. Kiko is 4 lbs. these are the colors she is dyed currently.
Destiny is on maternity leave and just had her baby.

You cannot allow your dog to dictate the pace of your walk. Here I am exercising a run, abrupt stop, walk, teaching my students to be focused solely on me in order to predict what I’m going to do next. You have to be in control at all times of your pup regardless of whatever speed your dog wants to move at. This is why it is called a structured Packwalk. Every Minute of this students life here is structured. It is a positive, happy student due to the fact that he feels completely safe and nurtured in a structured environment. Dogs crave structure to feel safe
If your dog is not conditioned for this type of weather, bring em in folks.
