Basement water damage from leaking pipe. All walls are 3/4 inch thick wood planks. Will post more pics as we go.
Outside water getting in by rock fireplace. Will add more pics as we go.
Water intrusion from gutter - removed wet drywall/base/quarter round and wood floor. Couple days of drying and property will be ready for rebuild.

Ceiling caving in due to storm damage.Tree fell on roof causing significant damage. We gutted half the room. Dried it up.

What a terrible situation. So the homeowner wanted to remove old flooring and put down all new flooring. Called in a company to do just that. Problem is once they started removing the floating laminate flooring they found this nightmare underneath. Glue down hardwood that had a toilet leak going underneath so you couldn’t see/smell the water damage until the floor was removed.
Well that’s when we were called in. We removed a couple thousand sf of old nasty glue down wood. Cleaned - sanitized and deodorized many many times. The smell alone was absolutely insane as you can imagine. Put in drying equipment and then encapsulated several areas. Place looks and smells brand new as of now.
