Welcome To Dishin'It! After raising three children, I graduated from The French Culinary Institute. With a passion for food and a strong belief in the importance of family mealtimes, Dishin' It was born. Special Events: Birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, bridal showers, small intimate weddings, and baby showers. I'll consult with you to create a party that will make you proud. The best part is that you enjoy the party! No shopping or cleaning - I'll take care of all of that. Personal Chef Services: This service includes an initial consultation with you to discuss your needs and concerns. During the initial consultation, we will plan your customized menu, which will consist of entrees and side dishes, and we will discuss your likes and dislikes, allergies, dietary restrictions, and eating habits. A cook date will be scheduled, and prior to that date, I will forward a customized meal plan for your approval. Before arriving at your home to cook, I shop for the groceries. I will prepare the meals, which will be packaged for storage in your refrigerator or freezer with complete instructions for reheating. I will arrive with my own pots and pans, and your kitchen will be left impeccably clean upon completion of cooking. Dinner Parties: Enjoy your guests while I prepare a meal customized to your desires. Whether you prefer a sit down dinner or a buffet, let me work with you to create your vision. I'll do the shopping and the cleanup too.
