There are no words to describe how incredible of a provider Dr. Baza is. He is 100% the BEST most genuine knowledgeable caring physician I have ever encountered. I work with doctors all day long, as I work in the medical field. There just aren’t doctors these days that genuinely take the time to listen to you and help you, when you need it the most. He cares about his patients well being and overall. I’ve struggled significantly with depression/anxiety and he has been a saving grace. His whole staff + adorable MA is just simply incredible they always have appts available when I need them and are so dang helpful and kind. I’m forever grateful for Dr. Baza and his team!

We have had a lot of questions regarding the availability of the COVID 19 vaccine to the general public. As of today, Dixie Regional Medical Center has been able to vaccinate frontline workers classified into tiers of priority. We haven't been informed regarding the availability to the general public as the quantities have been limited.
We do not currently have a "priority" patient list as we are a small practice and may not be given a priority supply of the COVID19 vaccine. In addition, we are limited in our ability to adequately and safely store the vaccine. As we know more we will let you know.
Please also be an informed consumer regarding the different COVID 19 vaccines from specific manufacturers. People who have received the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines have incurred little or no side effects so far.
