There's no way we could have served thousands of neighbors in need over the years without the generous support of sponsors like Dock & Door National. They are part of an army of business leaders who invest their resources in kingdom work, yielding eternal dividends.
If your company would like to sponsor our virtual event, contact Penny at Prens@administerjustice.org. Many are waiting to get equal access to justice. www.administerjustice.org/restoringhope
FMSC Gala: A Virtual Mission Trip to Haiti
https://www.fmsc.org/fmsc-virtual-gala
If you are able to, we would encourage to register and attend this event TONIGHT. Prior to the pandemic, over 6,000 kids died every day due to malnutrition. The pandemic has only made those numbers grow exponentially, for a variety of reasons.
FMSC has adapted on the fly this year, starting to use some machine packing to supplement their usual volunteer based meal packing. They have never done this before because the cost per meal is considerably higher than their usual model. But, kids still need food and we can still do our part to support.
Once the packing facilities are able to be full capacity again, a hybrid model of packing may be utilized in order to get food to more kids than ever. Which, is an exciting prospect.
Another positive adjustment through the last 7 months has been the surge of virtual events, like this one. A usual Gala in the past would reach 1,000-1,200. Now, the reach is not limited by whether or not we can be in-person, which is pretty cool.
Please feel free to share this with whoever you think may be interested!
