Doctor Piper, Inc. was established in Los Angeles, California on September 1st, 2005. We received our Plumbing License in California on September 30, 2006 (CSLB# 885044). In August 2008 we added a plumbing license from the State of Nevada. In July 2011 we obtained a Solar license from the State of California.
