I simply cannot appropriately put into words how amazing of an experience I had at Don Williamson Nissan! I came to them in my old 2013 Volkswagen Jetta that I bought from another dealership. For the sake of keeping this post as positive as possible, I will omit the name of said dealership, but just know that this car was trouble since day one and the dealership who shall not be named was an absolute nightmare to try to deal with (and to make matters worse I was employed by said company when I bought it). But then fast forward about a year and half later, the car is giving me lots of issues, I tried to trade out of it at the same dealership and continued to receive the same unacceptable treatment. That’s when I made the best decision I’ve made in a long time, and went to Don Williamson Nissan. Loren Petlock was an outstanding guy to work with, extremely helpful, and walked me through the entire process making things as smooth as could be. The general environment of the store is so welcoming and pleasant. All the staff that interacted with were very nice and respectable. Thanks to this dealership and all their help, and especially thanks to Loren Petlock for being such an amazing salesman and fantastic person to work with. Without them I couldn’t have possibly gotten out of my old car and into this gorgeous 2020 Nissan Sentra! I’m overjoyed that we could finally make this dream a reality, and Don Williamson has since jumped straight to the top of my list when it comes to exceptional establishments! I wish I could have gone straight to them in the first place. Now I can feel safe, comfortable, and absolutely ecstatic to drive myself and my family around. Thank you once again to Loren Petlock and Don Williamson Nissan for such a fantastic experience!!
