Dr. McSweyn, a board-certified cardiologist, is especially interested in the treatment and prevention of coronary artery disease. He received a bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Kansas State University, a medical degree at the University of Kansas and completed his internship and medical residency there. He was a fellow in cardiovascular medicine at the University of Minnesota and an interventional cardiology fellow at the Mid-America Heart Institute. He also has a MBA in healthcare from George Washington University.
