I worked with Kelli to get a new (freezer) door handle for a refrigerator. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the exact part I needed. She explained what she was sending and we discovered it wasn't the part I needed, due to my error in requesting a new fridge door handle instead of the freezer handle. Kelli picked up on my error immediately and ordered the right parts. Order was placed on Tuesday and it arrived to my door on Thursday. Don's Appliance has GREAT customer service both buying appliances and getting parts and service. Thank you Kelli!
