📣 The Ohio Industrial Commission is aware of the connectivity issues that have arisen while conducting hearings using telephone bridge lines.
In order to improve the experience for both hearing officers and customers, we will begin transitioning the process from telephone lines to a web conferencing solution.
Parties and representatives will still be able to call in if desired, but there will also be the ability to connect via Webex.
The plan is to complete this transition by mid-April.
We will continue to provide updates as more details become available.
