"I had a great car buying experience at Doug Smith and I love my new to me car. I worked with Klay Kemp. He helped me to understand the workings of the Mini I was test driving. I traded in my Ford Transit and was given a fair price. Klay walked me through the process of closing my credit union car loan on my trade-in and opening a new loan. All of it was handled at the car dealership. Thomas Barrett did the final document processing and helped me choose which warranties were of value. The whole process only took a few hours and I left with my car. After I left the dealership I had a few additional questions about the workings of the Mini and emailed Klay. He answered quickly.
