Down Under Waterproofing was in incorporated in 2006 by Walter Gural. We came up with the name Down Under Waterproofing because we are literally, "DOWN UNDER" the house or building. We realize many home and business owners have researched different methodologies and we differentiate ourselves from others by listening to our customers. We will only then make a recommendation. Our ability to make realistic and reasonable recommendations is through experience - hours upon hours of jack hammering, installing carbon fiber, laying block or brick, installing sump pumps, french drains, encapsulating crawl spaces, troweling concrete, etc.
Since our inauguration in 2006, we have evaluated several products and manufacturers and have chosen the ones that are backed and supported by the manufacturer. Much of our success has revolved around manufacturers like Fortress Stabilization for foundation repairs (we are a certified installer), Liberty Sump Pumps, and Tremco drainage board, to name just a few.
Since 2006, Down Under Waterproofing has expanded the services we offer. If water can seep through, we have it covered. Stucco, EIFS or synthetic stucco (certified installer), roofing, brick, epoxys, tiling. Our success depends on your satisfaction.
