Marion Susanne Johnson, M.D., is a Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She specializes in allergy, asthma, and clinical immunology, providing evaluation, testing, and treatment for allergic rhinitis, asthma, urticaria, contact dermatitis, eczema, immunodeficiencies, insect venom allergies, food allergies, and drug allergies.
Dr. Johnson is a fellow of the American College of Allergy Asthma and Immunology and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Johnson received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and earned her medical degree from the University of California at San Francisco. She completed residency training in Pediatrics at UC Irvine and Bellevue/NYU. After working in the fields of Pediatrics and Public Health Administration, she completed an allergy and immunology fellowship at Kaiser Los Angeles Medical Center.
She has been a member of the Los Angeles Society of Allergy Asthma and Immunology, the Los Angeles Pediatric Society, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Allergy and Immunology, the Association of Black Women Physicians, and the Charles R. Drew Medical Society. She has served on the boards of the American Cancer Society, the Association of Black Women Physicians, and the Allergy and Asthma Foundation of America.
She believes that one cannot have a healthy society without promoting individual well-being. While optimal health is each individual’s prerogative, she believes each person should have an opportunity to live a healthy life that makes a difference.
Dr. Johnson has been pleased to serve the needs of her patients and the Southern California community for 25 years.
