So, try taking breaks from all the technology every once in awhile but when you can’t we have glasses now that have blue filters that can reduce the amount of blue light that reaches your eye! Myth: Wearing your glasses or contact lenses will NOT make you become more dependent on them. Using your glasses won't worsen your vision or lead to any eye disease. Wearing your correct prescription simply allows you to see clearer and will not worsen your prescription. If you want to prevent straining your eyes and to see the best you can, go ahead wear those glasses and contacts!
How can yoga help your eyes? People with high blood pressure are at risk for hypertensive retinopathy. This is when damage to the retinal blood vessels occur, which can lead to vision loss. What does 20/20 vision mean? 20/20 vision is a term used to express normal visual acuity measured at a distance of 20 feet. If you have 20/20 vision, you can see clearly at 20 feet what should normally be seen at that distance.
