Our 32 year old patient had a growth on her wrist that arose 5 years ago. She had it shaved once and it grew back. Dr. Rapaport excised the growth completely under local anesthetic. Pathology results showed indicated that the growth was a fibroma (i.e. benign tumor).
Our patient is shown before and 1 week after her procedure.
Please note that this patient normally heals very poorly from scrapes, lacerations, or any other injuries to the skin. She is healing extremely well thanks to Dr. Rapaport's surgical expertise.
