Not only are we greeting you with a smile as usual, even under our masks 😷, but we are also taking temperatures. We have implemented extra safety precautions to keep our patients safe when visiting us, as well as our staff.
As part of our new safety protocol, we will make sure patients do not have a temperature when they come in for their appointments. If a patient does have a temperature, we will reschedule them. (Please check your own temperature before leaving home.)
Along with new curb-side waiting for patients in their cars, limiting patients in the office (please only patients can enter the office except for young children and their parents), health questionnaires, patient handwashing, and having patients use a mouth rinse before treatment, we are committed to keeping our office as safe as possible.
If you have any questions for concerns, please let us know.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! New Year, Same Healthy Oral Hygiene Resolutions!
One of the most important lessons of 2020 was how important our overall health is. While you focus on improving your overall health in 2021, we want to remind you that your dental care *greatly* affects your overall health. We encourage you to add "focusing on your dental care" to your resolution list this year.
Share with us which days and/or times work out best for your schedules and we would be happy to assist in reserving your next dental cleaning and checkup. Have questions about oral health, dental insurance, or our COVID-19 safety protocols?
We're here for you! Email at reception@dorothypauldds.com or call us at 713-977-1010.
Important Update Regarding Masks:
Dear Friends and Patients,
While we respect Governor Abbott's decision to lift the mask mandate in the state of Texas, it has not been lifted for us as dental providers by the Texas Dental Association and Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. We will continue to require masks to be worn at all times in our practice to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and families.
Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at reception@dorothypauldds.com.
We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!
