Dr. Frederick N. Fedorchak is a board-certified podiatric surgeon located in Portage, IN, for the past 28 years and serving the surrounding areas of Porter, Lake, and La Porte counties. Dr. Fedorchak is a 1983 graduate of the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. Graduating with honors, Dr. Fedorchak went on to postgraduate training at the University of Chicago Department of Orthopedics as well as the Osteopathic Hospital of South Bend, IN. Dr. Fedorchak stresses patient understanding of the inherent biomechanical cause of the foot or ankle problem, always stressing conservative non-surgical bomechanical alignment of the pathology at first.
