Sometimes small changes make the biggest differences. And these small changes are also more difficult to achieve than an obvious one.
At first glance, the changes of this nose don’t seem significant. A little smaller, a little straighter, definitely better definition and a shorter since the tip is raised. But put all of this together, and you have a profound change. It’s not that the patient looks significantly different, but definitely looks like a better version of herself with the improvements of her nose overflowing to the rest of her facial features.

Although I perform them throughout the year, gynecomastia surgery is more popular during the winter months. This allows men to easily wear their compression tops without getting uncomfortable from hot weather and without the need to adjust their wardrobe to hide them.

Many people think that a brachioplasty is supposed to remove as much excess skin as possible from the arms. But in reality, brachioplasty, or arm reduction surgery, can be a challenging endeavor to make look natural. Of course, you want to remove the sagging tissues, but you don’t want it to draw attention. It should blend in with the forearm and shoulder by being tapered from thicker at the shoulder to thinner at the elbow. Some amount of contouring to define the shoulder or deltoid, biceps, and triceps is appropriate.The scar should be the least obtrusive possible but actually will draw less attention than the shape of the arm.

PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, is a concentrate of a patient’s own platelets without the red blood cells. PRP is produced by taking a patient’s blood and spinning it in a centrifuge in a tube that separates the red blood cells and also releases the growth factors and by- products from the platelets.
The resulting PRP plays several important roles in your body. Most notably, they encourage new cells to grow while removing old, damaged cells from the site of an injury.
PRP injections can be used in place of a filler for a natural alternative. It can be injected in the scalp for hair loss and PRP can be used in conjunction with microneedling for improvement in overall skin texture and collagen production.
