Dr. Ilseong, aka Illy, was born and raised in Osaka, Japan as a 3rd generation of Korean Japanese. He completed his education of athletic training, acupuncture, and traditional Chinese medicine at Kansai University of Health Sciences. To pursue further clinical skills/knowledge with the combination of eastern and western medicine, Illy flew to San Diego in 2012, completed an athletic training internship at UC San Diego, and earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of St. August
