It looks like the governor is expected to make an announcement today regarding whether or not Virginia's beaches will be fully opened prior to memorial day.
Under the current stay at home order, beaches in Virginia are only open for fitness activities. People can walk and run on the beach, fish and even swim, but they can’t pull out chairs, umbrellas, and blankets and spend the day sunbathing.

Breast Implants: Silicone V Saline
I always tell patients that both types of implants are successful in producing increased volume of the female breast.
The silicone implants tend to be more expensive yet texturally more similar to breast tissue. Silicone implants are less likely to show rippling on the outer portion of the breast. And because they are solid, they never deflate.
The saline implant can be less expensive, slightly less textually breast-like, and runs the risk of deflating in a 24 hour time period. ‼️However ‼️ that deflation is useful in that it transparently tells about the condition of the implant, where as the silicone gel implant can be broken but look the same, feel the same and cause no health issues.

Let’s talk about dorsal humps. This is a good example of a dorsal hump. In the photo on the right, the dorsum of the nose is straight. Whether this was done by taking down the area of convexity or by simply adding volume through filler to the area above and below cannot be determined. The dorsal hump is composed of cartilage from the septum and sometimes a portion of the nasal bone. Surgically, these areas are removed to produce a straighter more attractive profile (dorsum) of the nose.
