This week we would like to recognize Staci Dickard, NP at Heritage PCP. Staci has received multiple shout outs from families recently. All of the parents have been describing how amazing she is with their kids! One mother wrote to say that Staci had a wonderful ability to ask all the questions she needed in a playful way as if she was getting to know the child. The child felt like he was playing instead of at a doctor's office. That approach left the mother appreciative and confident in the care she received. Staci, thank you for being a warm and inviting provider! We appreciate the effort that you put into making every child feel comfortable at their appointment!
