Something that has been on my mind:
If you are a recovering addict, and are pushing through all the mental stress, worry and anxiety that is coming with this social distancing/quarantine/unknown/ect.... and staying sober/clean- I want you to know how incredibly proud of you I am. If you ever need someone to talk to, I am happy to remind you how amazing you are, how you are so worth believing in, how you are not alone. If you have been trying and have found yourself leaning on your addiction- you are not a failure. We all have struggles and battles. You aren't alone. Don't hesitate to reach out.
People are struggling far beyond just from a monetary stand point. Your mental health matters. YOU matter. We are not wired for social isolation. It is totally okay to NOT be okay with this.
Life is better with you in it. We are all in this together. You are loved!!
