Dr. Grover is a Double Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine and Obstetrics. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Biology at SUNY Stony Brook prior to pursuing a Master's in Clinicial Nutrition at New York Institute of Technology and thereafter her medical degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Grover went on to complete her residency training in Family Medicine at Long Beach Medical Center and a fellowship in Women's Health at SUNY Downstate.
Dr. Grover has always believed in a comprehensive approach towards the health of her patients which includes a dynamic and integrative practice that addresses the physical as well as lifestyle, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. In addition, she also emphasizes preventative medicine and is a firm believer in stopping the progression of a disease state before it starts.
In addition to her passion for medicine, Dr. Grover has also a parallel love for art and it’s teachings. From very early on, she has been exposed to art and found that not only creating art but also learning about other works, has enabled her to develop an appreciation for attention to detail. Perhaps this part of her interest is what has led her to pursue aesthetic medicine. Dr. Grover recognizes that this area in medicine is an art skill in itself and every patient has a beauty that is unique to them and can be enhanced.

When not in the office, Dr. Grover enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out and going for runs, as well as painting, reading, keeping up with new fashion and aesthetic trends, as well as watching her guilty pleasures of reality TV and Law and Order SVU marathons.
