A contributing writer to Psychology Today with a private practice in the Orange County area, he is recognized as one of California's leading therapists and mental health management experts. His approach to life and to therapy is holistic, encompassing thoughts, emotions, physical health, nutrition, and relationships. Dr. Puff holds a master's degree from Princeton and a second master's degree and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fuller. He taught as an adjunct professor at Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology and has worked as staff psychologist at numerous hospitals around the country.
