She completed her internship at Peninsula Hospital Center, NY and completed her residency at Saint Joseph Medical Center, Yonkers, which is affiliated with New York Medical College.

She is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Gujarati languages, making her widely accessible to patients with various cultural backgrounds.
