Every day I work with my assistant Zara, she thanks me for working with her. As a dentist from Afghanistan, she works by my side and helps me in so many ways without ever complaining or saying anything but kind words. I am the one who should be thanking her. It is a reminder that at the end of a less than stellar year, the holidays on our tails, to thank the people who show up for you in your life. A little gratitude may be just what they need this year!

It's Team Member Tuesday! In honor of our recent holiday, National Dentist Day (March 6th), who better to celebrate than one of our wonderful doctors:
Dr. Sarah Meyer!
Did you know Dr. Meyer was born in Long Beach, CA? She moved to Nebraska just before 3rd grade. She moved to Colorado after dental school to be closer to the mountains and beautiful weather.
She has a chocolate golden doodle named Furgus and he is all types of cuddly and cute!
She loves to cook, ski, DIY and design her house.
Her favorite places in the world that she has traveled to thus far is Iceland and Maui.
FuN fAcT: Dr. Meyer is a direct descendant of a Mayflower passenger on its first voyage! How neat!

Dr. B is originally from Kentucky, is married to his beautiful wife Devin and have an adorable shepherd-husky mix named Louie.
His favorite two trips with his wife Devin were in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Positano on the Italian Coast. Sounds breath taking, eh?
FuN fAcTs: Dr. B has been skydiving twice, he is fluent in German
as a 1st generation American and he doesn't have a middle name!

Let's brag a little about Marie 😏
Marie is one of our experienced and skilled dental assistants that has been practicing for over 23 years!
She is a 4th generation Colorado native although her ancestors all spoke only Spanish in Southern Colorado Spanish communities. She is a descendent of the original Spanish settlers to Santa Fe. Cool!
Marie dances flamenco 💃 (beautifully, I might add), is a certified art therapist and teaches painting classes. 🎨
She loves to hike, camp and relax with her husband and teen sons who love to laugh! She has 2 dogs, a cocker spaniel and shih tzu that are so adorable. 🐶
