This patient has a chest wall deformity where her sternal bone is depressed creating the appearance of a concavity between the breasts. The patient was self conscious of this, but didn’t want any major chest wall aesthetic reconstruction, so Dr. Reis decided to perform a small volume breast augmentation to both improve the aesthetics of the breasts as well as fill in a mask the central concavity.
