The Hillsborough County DMV lobbies may not be open to the public, but there is still a way to transfer a tag/title to a new vehicle. The attached photo is directly from their FB page posted an hour ago. Hope this helps!

All active personal auto customers will be automatically credited 20% of their April and May premiums. There’s nothing you need to do. We’ll calculate your credit at the end of each month, and you’ll see it reflected in your account within a few weeks. Once we’ve calculated the credit for your policy, we’ll automatically apply it to any outstanding balance or your next bill. And if you’re already paid in full, we’ll return the credit amount directly to your payment account or issue you a check. Learn more about what we’re doing to help our customers here.
