Initially, we will be accepting new work by appointment only. Working by appointment keeps you, our clients, and staff safer since only one design session will take place at a time. To set up an appointment please call 303-394-3362. If you get voice mail someone will call you back to set up the appointment.
In addition to frequent disinfecting of surfaces, our designers will maintain a 6 foot distance and wear face masks during the design sessions. In accordance with the new Denver regulations, all clients must wear face protection inside the store.
Pickup of finished work can be contactless. Call us to set up a time for pickup (you can pay any outstanding balance during the call) and then park outside our rear door in the parking spaces set aside for customers when you arrive. Let us know you're there and we'll bring out your finished pieces wrapped in foam and we'll place them in your vehicle.
As we all test the waters of businesses reopening while Covid is still active, we're looking at alternatives to keep our clients and staff as safe as possible.
If you prefer not to come into the store, we have alternatives for virtual design sessions. For instance, you can email us an image of your art (with the dimensions) along with any ideas you have about the framing (including budget) and any finished size constraints. We'll send you back 2 or 3 design ideas for discussion. Once we have an agreed design, we'll arrange for you to drop off the art and pay the deposit and we'll have your art framed in about 2-3 weeks. Hand-crafted, custom design and finishes, gilded, carved, and steel frames are all available. We also restore antique frames, and have a selection of antique frames for sale.
We specialize in framing rare, valuable, and extremely large items as well as everything else that can be framed.
