We make a wide variety of pasta types at Dué, but our Healthy Pasta is part of our foundation! At the heart of every great bowl of pasta, is the pasta noodles itself. We wanted to make a pasta that would bring a punch of protein and minerals to every dish, even the simplest Aglio & Olio! This is not to be mistaken for "Zoodles", which is indeed NOT pasta. Our pasta is made of our proprietary blend of flours that was thoroughly researched and tested by Head Chef Filippo Fiori to make sure that the texture and flavor were up to Italian standards.
