Today, our Kansas Supreme Court ruled in our favor, reversing the Court of Appeals. This case represents new case law that dramatically expands the appellate rights of juveniles who are subject to EJJP sentences. The case was remanded to the Court of a Appeals to be decided on the merits. Back to work....
