Got rid of this old rotten deck and rebuilt with treated lumber for weather protection. Then we applied 2 coats of porch & floor enamel from Sherwin Williams for added protection and a nicer finish.
Complete remodel of the exterior of this farm house! All new siding, trim, handrails, and a paint job.
Turned this outdated NASCAR bathroom into a new laundry room. This job involved plumbing, electrical, flooring, and more. Also upgraded a 40 gal hot water heater to a 50 gal.
This old shed was just about to cave in. We changed all siding and windows, extended the soffits, replaced rotten framing, replaced all decking and roll roofing, and gave it all a paint job to prevent water damage in the future.
This deck was in rough shape and needed a lot of work. We ripped up the surface and the handrail, added strength to the framing, and rebuilt the top and the handrail. Also, we added roughly 300sqft more decking and topped it all with Behr Deckover paint to protect it from the weather.
