Here are some fun fact about him:
1)Phillip grew up in Suwanee, GA and attended Georgia Southern University where he graduated with a degree in Business.
2)He is a die-hard sports fanatic that enjoys watching a good game in the evening.
3)Phillip also just celebrated his 6 year wedding anniversary with his lovely wife Meredith for whom he met while attending Georgia Southern University.
Phillip is a great addition to the Gables Team and we are so happy to have him here.

Pernoshal Park is just across the street from Dunwoody Gables and it has a bike/run trail, basketball courts, and a fantastic amount of green space to hang out or play catch. Highly recommended by our Dunwoody Gables staff.
Our Assistant Manager, Phillip, has noticed his cats love looking out at the courtyard here at Dunwoody Gables every morning.
Today is National Adoption Day. This day is especially important for our Dunwoody Gables managers. Melissa, our Property Manager, and her husband are the proud parents of two amazing girls, Savannah and Alexzandra, they adopted.
Phillip, our Assistant Manager, has been married to his wonderful wife, Meredith, for 6 years, who was adopted at the age of 1 from Paraguay.
Yesterday was National Princess Day! Both our Community Manager, Melissa, and our Leasing Consultant, Amanda, have their very own princesses in the family!
A job well done by our groundskeeper, Juan! He's been working so hard to keep the community beautiful and it shows! Keep up the good work and we're so glad to have you on the team!
