DuraMater Therapy specializes in Myofacial Release and Nutrition coaching for athlete performance and recovery.We design individual corrective strategies after assessing your movement patterns, mobility challenges and strength balance. We then combine those strategies with targeted recovery and nutrition coaching to prevent injury and rehab existing injury. When I hear a client say that they have lost motivation, I think to myself, "duh". Discipline and motivation are two entirely different things. Motivation is a noun and is something that comes and goes and is mostly outside of your control. Discipline is something you CHOOSE and has a verb form. Discipline is your only chance at success. Nobody feels motivated every day. Choose to be disciplined every day and ignore the fleeting ups and downs of motivation. Stop complaining and hit your macros and hit the gym.
