Meet Kelsey! If you’ve called this week and heard an unfamiliar voice, it’s Kelsey. She is helping answer phones while Ashley stays home with her kids during this time. Ashley is a vital asset to our team and Kelsey is not replacing Ashley in anyway. Kelsey is answering phones and performing other office duties until Ashley is able to rejoin us. We are excited to add Kelsey to our Dusty’s family, so next time you call us, welcome Kelsey to our shop!
We have changed our office hours! The office will be open 8 AM – Noon and 1 - 4 PM every Monday through Thursday until further notice. We may be in the shop outside of these times, but the office will not be open and phones won’t be answered outside of these times.

WE OFFER HOME PICK-UP!
Many of our customers currently have more down time due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Now is a great time to bring your car to Dusty’s for vehicle inspections, oil changes and to get any work done you may have been pushing off for not wanting to be without a vehicle for any length of time! Here at Dusty’s we offer at home/work vehicle pick-up and drop-off. This is perfect if you have to stay with young children home from school or are practicing social distancing. You can leave your keys in your car at home and one of our mechanics will come pick it up and bring it to the shop for service. When done, your car will be returned to your home with the mechanic sanitizing all touched surfaces before leaving. These surfaces include, but are not limited to: door handles, steering wheel and shifters. All payments will be made over the phone or arranged prior to pick-up.
Due to this pandemic, we are also not taking any in-person waiting appointments and are sanitizing our shop routinely. Any car that comes in to be serviced during this time will have all touched surfaces be disinfected before leaving our shop.
During this time of uncertainty, make sure that your vehicle is running smoothly in case any emergency should arise. The state of Iowa has not enacted a Shelter in Place order yet, but if they do, auto repair shops have been deemed essential. With that being said, Dusty’s will be open on an appointment only basis Monday-Thursday and closed on Fridays until further notice. Please continue to shop locally in this time of chaos and stay safe everyone!
