Dr. Guerrero strives to provide patients a variety of advanced treatment options in a caring, compassionate environment where patients of all ages and conditions feel welcome.
Dr. Gabriel Guerrero graduated cum laude with dual degrees in Biology and Kinesiology from San Diego State University where he also served as President of the Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Health Society. He went on to earn his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences. Upon graduating, Dr. Guerrero completed a traditional year of residency at College Medical Center in Long Beach, California before undertaking his dermatology training at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri. Dr. Guerrero’s training included general dermatology, surgical dermatology (including Mohs Micrographic Surgery), cosmetics, dermatopathology, and pediatric dermatology at Kansas City Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Guerrero is a board-certified dermatologist recognized by the American Board of Dermatology. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Dermatology. He holds medical licenses both in Idaho and Missouri. Dr. Guerrero is the author of several scholarly articles and professional publications and has presented at multiple dermatology conferences.
Outside of work, Gabe spends his free time with his wife and college sweetheart, Jen, running after two young boys (ages 2 and 4). You are likely to see him out around town at Guerber Park’s new playground and splash pad, kids soccer games on Saturdays, or being chased up the hill at Camel’s Back Park.
