East Lawn Animal Hospital Covid-19 Update:
We would like to take a moment to let all of our clients know that we will remain open with normal hours throughout this problem that we are encountering with the recent outbreak of COVID-19. We will be taking steps to ensure that we do not contribute to the spread in our communities by practicing good hygiene and sanitation when working with our clients to ensure their pets can still receive the care that they need. Here are some steps to help us do that:
->Please call ahead if you anticipate needing refills on foods or prescriptions.
->We can have refills and meds ready ahead of time and can even take it out to your car if you call upon arrival. If we are in a short supply of something, this gives us time to place an order before you run out.
->Some medications can be shipped (with postage fees) if needed.
->We may experience some shipping delays or have medication quantity allocations from our vendors and want to ensure your pets have what they need, but please be patient if this occurs.
->We would encourage call in orders and bills to be paid over the phone with a credit card to decrease the handling of the credit card machine and minimize traffic at the front desk.
->We continue to ask that invoices are paid at the time of service, please.
->For the safety of our staff and other members of the community, we ask that if you or a family member that you are in contact with is not feeling well, are immune-compromised, or have any underlying medical condition that you would please call with your pet concerns or send a healthy family member to pick up food or medications.
