To our beloved customers,
In light of the rise in cases of Covid-19 we have made the decision to require face masks for any client wishing to enter our facility. If you do not wish to wear a mask, we will continue to offer curbside service. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

*** phoned and internet are back up!***
Our phones and internet are currently down. Comcast is working as quickly as possible to resolve the problem and hopefully we should have everything back up and running soon, in the meantime we are unable to process credit card payments so please bring cash or check with you for payment if at all possible. Thank you so much for all of your understanding, we will keep you updated!
Good morning everyone! We have power this morning! We are open and are going through all of the voicemails and emails from yesterday, if you have left us a voicemail or email that is an emergency please go ahead and call us as there are many voicemails and emails and it will take us some time to go through all of them but we are working as quickly as possible. Also if you have an appointment for today and you need to cancel please go ahead and call us. For all other needs we will be back to you as soon as we can, thank you so much for all of your patience and understanding and have a great day! We love you all!
Hello everyone! We are open but like many of you there is no power, if you would like to reschedule your appointment you may call our office once the power has been restored. All grooming appointments will need to be rescheduled as the groomer is unable to groom without power. Phones and credit card terminals are also down. If you would like to keep your appointment we are here! We hope to have everything back up soon and will update once we are running as usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Hi friends,
This is just a quick reminder to always secure your pets' collars and leashes before a visit to their favorite vet!
Sometimes our four legged friends tend to change their minds when it's time to come into the building and can back up, squirm and get out of their collars/leashes. We are right on a very busy, loud highway and we want to make sure that everyone is safe! We have slip leashes that you can borrow to bring your baby back and forth from the car to the building.
It is with broken hearts that we have to report that a good samaritan brought in a long haired, grey with white cat to us on Saturday 12-26, he was found on Midway Road. One of his ears had been tipped, so he was neutered and released and was well looked after. It appeared that he had unfortunately been hit by a vehicle and had a head injury. We are hoping that he has a human that was looking after him that would like to know what happened. If you know who his humans are, please have them give us a call at 770-445-7300.
To our beloved clients:
Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases we have made the decision to resume curbside services only starting on Monday January 18th in an effort to limit potential exposure for our clients as well as our staff. We will still be available for appointments as well as food and medication pick up. When you arrive at our facility please call our office to let us know that you are here and we will be out with you as soon as possible. Please bear with us during this time as curbside does put an additional workload on all of our staff and does take longer than face to face visits. This decision has not been made lightly but we feel that it is the best choice at this time.
To our beloved clients:
Due to the increased number of covid cases in our area we will be working with a diminished staff and continuing to offer curbside service. Keeping this in mind you may want to reschedule routine services for a later date. If you choose to keep your appointment wait times may be slightly longer. We beg your patience during this trying time. We wish you all health and happiness during this time and are looking forward to having you all back inside the building for face to face visits as soon as we can safely do so. We love you and we miss you!
Hello everyone!
During curbside our call volume is heavily increased, if you are at our office for curbside services please do not leave a voicemail as it can sometimes take us 1-2 hours to return messages left during this time as a result of the added workload on our receptionists. Please continue to call us until you get through to a receptionist, we are doing our very best to answer every call before it gets to our phone tree but sometimes this is not possible. Thank you so much for your continued patience during this time! We love you and we can’t wait to see you face to face again as soon as possible!
Hello everyone!
Beginning on Monday February 22nd our lobby and exam rooms will be reopen to the public; we will also continue to offer curbside services for those who would prefer not to enter the building. Masks covering both nose and mouth are required for entry to our facility and must remain on for the duration of your time inside our hospital. If you would prefer not to wear a mask we will gladly take care of your needs through our curbside services. Like many businesses we are still working with a reduced staff and offering both curbside and face to face visits does take a little more time than doing business as we normally would. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding throughout all of the changes we have had to make throughout the past year. We love you and we miss you!
