For almost longer than I could remember, I've studied boxing, as well as its application to other fighting arts. Even as I continue amassing fight footage and studying boxing, I swear I'm no fighter-groupie; I just like to scrutinize the art. Boxing has been a passion of mine since I was 12 years old. From home training to working under trainers, some well-known, some unknown, at Gallagher's Gym, Gleason's, the PAL, to Al Gavin's Gym, I've been on both sides of the education of boxing - as a kid with aspirations of becoming an old-timer pug to a bum with aspirations of reconstructing champions. So here I am offering something I cherish - the archive of boxing knowledge and intensive technical information that I've tried and tested but never quite used-up to hone my full potential, all as a tool to help anyone reach his or her potential or objectives, however big or small they may be, through the science of boxing.
