Thank you all for all your hard work try to get everyone power back on from hurricane sally
We appreciate y’all so much
We hope y’all enjoy it
Our phone, internet/technology and x-ray issues have been resolved. With the exception of 1-2 staff members still waiting for power and some grounds work still remaining, we are passed the operational effects of Hurricane Sally. We pray for continued safety for our area and for those still without power. Thank you for choosing the Eastern Shore Urgent Care for your acute care medical needs.
We have tetanus and flu shots available. Stay safe around chainsaws and while cleaning up construction debris that may have nails. We have already seen several patients these past few days with wounds sustained while cleaning up from Hurricane Sally.
**We will attempt to see patients today with limited capabilities and shortened hours. Our phone system is currently down and we currently are unable to perform any xrays. We will close today at 3pm. We will continue to reassess our capabilities and will do our best to provide regular updates. We again thank all for your understanding.
The Eastern Shore Urgent Care now has power, but we are still trouble shooting our lab equipment, phone/internet/computer systems as multiple issues have been discovered that need resolution before we can begin to see patients. We hope to be fully operational by noontime today. We will post again when we know more information. We thank all in advance for your understanding.
The Eastern Shore Urgent Care is still without power and the latest report is that it won’t likely be on today. We will post again tomorrow when more is known but hope to be open by Saturday.
Full moon, Halloween and not much needs to be said about the craziness that is 2020....so make sure you set your clock back one hour before you go to bed this evening or you will run the risk of being an hour early for everything in the morning.
The Eastern Shore Urgent Care will be open today with normal business hours. We are thankful that Hurricane Zeta was such a fast moving storm system and didn’t linger, but it still hit the area hard as we have heard reports of power outages and tornadoes. Stay safe and thank you as always for choosing us for your urgent care needs.
Just released phase 1b vaccine role out information. We will share information as we know more. Vaccine hotlines and local hospitals have been overwhelmed with the general public requesting vaccine information. We advocate the vaccine but encourage everyone to inform themselves through reputable sources regarding the vaccine as you patiently wait for the vaccine to become available depending on age and each phases’s specific criteria. Continue to wear a mask and socially distance as this pandemic continues. Thank you and stay safe.
Thank you to all of our patients that have supported us throughout the year. The Eastern Shore Urgent Care Center will close today at 3pm for New Year’s Eve and will remain closed tomorrow, January 1st, for New Year’s Day. We will reopen Saturday, January 2nd for normal weekend hours. With bad weather approaching, a potential weekend of revelry, and the current COVID surge in our area, we encourage continued social distancing, the wearing of masks, and pray that everyone remains safe over this holiday weekend. Again, we thank you!!
This has been a tough time for us all. We appreciate everyone who has had to endure prolonged wait times in order to get an evaluation, but this truly has been an overwhelming event. We are taking all measures possible to protect our patients and our staff as we endure this latest COVID surge. We thank you for your continued support and pray that everyone has a safe and healthy New Years. Visit our website and follow our posts for any immediate announcements regarding our clinic holiday hours.
