Here is a little bit about them:
We started our spiritual journeys over 25 years ago. We were both leaving long term marriages and knew that there had to be another way of navigating relationships. We've both done various programs, workshops & counseling. Travis was getting ready to attend a retreat based on early childhood trauma, I (Wendy) followed suit and started doing that work as well. We attended several workshops and had some really great information about triggers and traumas but didn’t really have a solution to heal those traumas. We were both working with groups in our home and wanted to do some type of healing work together. We found Choose-Again in 2016 and attended retreat at El Cielo in early 2017. We fell in love with the work and the Six-Steps to Freedom in Costa Rica. We went home and started a circle in our basement. That soon became 2 circles a week along with monthly breathwork sessions. We built a Yurt to house the growing community and invited Choose-Again to do several workshops and talks in the beautiful space. We continue to commit to doing our own work and as a result are learning to successfully navigate all of our relationships from a place of Love. There is so much freedom in taking radical responsibility for oneself. We no longer fight or argue, we have a wonderful solution for finding and correcting our beliefs and for returning to Love.
