What if there was another option, a better option? That’s where we come in. We’re EasyKnock. We’ve invented something so simple and yet so powerful you’ll wonder why no one came up with it before. (Actually, they did, but for commercial property owners. Now we’re bringing it to you.) It’s called “Sell and Stay.” We buy your house at fair market value, and then we turn around and rent it to you so you can access your equity.

So nothing changes. Except everything. Now you have enough cash to live life the way you choose. Now you can pay for your kids’ college, a medical situation, a business opportunity, or rebuild your credit score. We buy your house, you buy time.

WHAT WE DO

Our Sell and Stay program offers an alternative method of equity release to traditional home equity line of credits (HELOCs) and reverse mortgages without the challenges associated to qualify. Sell and Stay is the first program in the USA allowing homeowners to sell their home, accessing the money they need and remain in their home as a tenant. People have the ability and flexibility to repurchase their home or move at any time, releasing the full equity of their home.
